Update on April 26, 2021
Previously we talked about the FTP service and its advantages, this service is widely used to share files between a local computer and a server, so today's article is about FTP clients for Mac, Linux and Windows platforms.
This program is well known and the most used by users, free and easy to use, once the connection is made, the files can be shared by dragging them from the client to the server and users can configure the transfer speed, in addition to offering support for FTP over SSL / TLS (FTPS) and SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). although lately it has errors when making the connection.
This client is an alternative to FileZilla and is available for Mac and Windows platforms, as well as allowing encryption of connections using SSL and SSH, similar to Filezilla with its simple and easy-to-use interface that even implements the option of dragging files to share. This client is free but has a paid version that includes more options.
It is available for the Windows platform and like the others, it is a free and easy-to-use FTP client, it has two interfaces, the first one is a simple one that has the browser interface and in this you only see the files from the server, the second interface is the same as the other clients that have two windows.
There are many more clients but the best ones are these both because of the vast documentation and tutorials found on the internet that can help us solve the problems that arise.
